Pillow is regular size. I am 68 and petite. The pillow feels nice although it is too high. Experienced pain in neck and between upper shoulders.
Tried twice and experienced the same thing.
Very disappointing for the cost of the pillow.

The pillow case really is cooling. It’s an amazing help since I sleep hot. I just wish it wasn’t white, because I put mine in a darker pillow case. This was to protect the case, so the case doesn’t get all dirty/stained.

I initially was there to order pillow but it suggested to add the comforter for a discount. Omg I love the comforter more. I just wished I chose a queen instead of the twin. Its so soft.
