I had a very disappointing experience with Vessel. Their customer service response times were extremely slow, and despite multiple attempts to resolve my concerns, they were unable to provide a satisfactory solution. I found their approach inflexible and unwilling to work with me to address the issues I encountered. What makes this especially frustrating is that this bag was purchased as a Father’s Day gift from my children, which made the experience even more disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Vessel again, nor would I recommend their products or customer service to others. While the bag itself may appeal to some golfers, the lack of responsive and effective customer support has left a lasting negative impression.
