The shoes is fine. However, make sure you choose tje size very carefully as an exchange can cost you more than buying two pairs 🙁 Customer servce does tey to help. Nevertheless, the options are limited. The state you can keep the pair we have and will give us a partial refund as, if we return them, shipping would be our responsibily adding that it would be too expensive as we would have to return the item to Germany even though the shoes came from China- there is nothing I can do with shoes which do not fit me - they also offer to send us another pair for free as long as we pay for the shipping of $19.99. I would even consider it if the sizing was not a hassel. If you look at the size chart on their website, you will realize that numbers 10, 10.5 all translate into a 41 which was the sticker I had on the pair I received. I had order a 9.5 which should have a number 40 sticker 🤔. Too much of a hassle to try to pay for one pair of shoes which will fit me comforably.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this store. I ordered two pairs of shoes, a vest, and a coat, and while they looked adorable online and seemed to be of good quality, what I received was comparable to the low standards of Shein. Additionally, the sizing was completely off; none of the items fit me properly. All products are shipped directly from China, which means you’ll face long wait times for delivery. If you decide to return anything, you’ll have to send it back to the UK at your own expense, as they don’t cover return shipping. Overall, I recommend saving your money, as the quality, shipping time, and sizing issues are quite disappointing.
