He’s cute but…
He’s cute but I didn’t like the weight distribution on him, his flippers were a little weird so I exchanged him for Rex. I have three Rex, he’s my absolute favorite!!! Feels like I’m cuddling a real wittle animal. These stuffies are the best and I know I’m buying more!

The packaging is amazing. I had an issue with my first order with hugz and their customer service team is absolutely amazing! We were able to resolve everything and their stuffed animals are so cute, the perfect gift!

not as pictured
The turtle is adorable but not as large as expected from the pictures. After owning for just two days, my "worry free" return has turned into a series of emails asking for pictures to determine if I am eligible to send back for a refund. I was attempting to relieve stress but this experience is causing me stress so it is not working out as hoped.
