I am at all in regards to the quality of the frames. I love the glasses. The 5 star is the best rating. If they have a 10, I would provide a higher rating. You will thank me later.

They sent me the wrong frames 😐. They don't have much customer service, so you have to wait for them to respond in an email and they say it might take 48 hours. I find it frustrating that I can't reach out with a phone number and find out how quickly they can send the right frames.

I received the wrong frame after paying for shipping and waiting over a week to get the wrong frame. Took days for customer service to respond. When they reaponded I got a label to pack the frames in original box and send back. I did that and have yet to get an update on what the next steps are. Considering they can track the package I sent back you would think they would ship the correct ones. Followed up asking the status and still no response. I like her glasses and hesitate to order because you pay for shipping and still wait over a week to get your order. Now after the poor customer service I don’t think I will order from the company again.
