First time taster, I’ve only had one shipment from LGS so far. I pulled shots from the Dolce, and Black Forest blends first, and finished with the Classico. The Classico really stands out as a delicious bag of beans. The tasting notes are spot on for me and it pulls as a great ristretto from both a spring lever and straight 9bar pump. This will be my go-to dark roast going forward.

This coffee is great. I’ve tried so many coffees over the last two years and this is just absolutely exceptional. It’s smooth, but flavorful great as espresso and also very good in milk. Drinks
