I ordered 3 for Christmas gifts. Had an issue with them after the original power ran out. I contacted the company and they sent out replacements for the 3 originals. No need to pack them up for a return or ongoing questioning about the issue... just a smooth replacement of the product. Received the replacements and have had only FUN with them since!! I cannot say enough about this product being GREAT! It's fun for my grandkids and the Customer Service is A1. That is hard to find nowadays. I'd purchase more if I had more grandkids!! :)
