First attempt I simply poured it over a big cube and added club soda. Its very fresh tasting and not sweet. I always preferred a non sweet cocktail. This is somewhat akin to a cucumber martini if I served it up. It will definitely stay in my rotation. I haven’t tried it by itself. Seems that might be a little rough, but so was gin before I decided I preferred it simply shaken and served up.
