Weighted Vest

Very comfortable

I’ve been using the vest for walking and rucking with my husband. What I am most impressed by is the comfort; other than the weight, I barely know I’m wearing it. It doesn’t make me feel unbalanced when I’m moving, and I don’t have to shift or adjust it either. I also love the mesh pockets on the sides for my phone/keys. Started out with the 12 lb; will probably progress to the 20 lb at some point. Love it!

12lbs - Just Right

I am so glad I bought this vest. I have been lifting weights for a year now and starting with 12 lbs was just right for me. It makes every walk more challenging especially when the path includes hills.

I splurged on this vest when there was a sale. I eagerly waited for it to arrive. But the post office damaged the package and left me a note saying, “We’re sorry” and I was so disappointed. I had spent my hard earned money on the vest and now I wouldn’t even get to use it! I emailed ThePauseLife and someone responded right away. They replaced my vest for FREE and sent me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. It wasn’t even their fault- it was the post office. They didn’t have to replace it- but they did. I was so grateful. I love my vest. The material is cooling on my skin. It fits comfortably and is easy to put on and take off. I’m so happy with my purchase and even happier with their customer service. They really care about their customers.
