WANTED X LA SNAPBACK

The hat itself is really nice, the stitching is great and love the design. My problem is with the shipping and communication. I ordered the hat on June 13th and i was paitent waiting for it to ship out and June 27th came and still nothing so i reached out asking for shipping details. On July 1st I was told they were changing shipping carriers and there was a delay. Was told my order would ship in a few days, On July 7th still no shipping updates. So I reached out again and was told now that it would be a few weeks and that they could cancel my order. I had already waited this long so I told them to keep it active and was told I would get a 50% coupon for future purchase (also never got that coupon) and on July 12 my order finally shipped but i did not get it until July 23rd and the box was super damaged when it arrived. So it was a long and frustrating purchase.

I was worried that it wouldn't show up because it did take long to hear about it through an update on the shipment, but it once it did and I received it at home....worth it. It's soft and fancy looking lol. Recommend 10/10

The hat took about a month to arrive, but that’s to be expected since it ships from Japan. It was absolutely worth the wait! The packaging was excellent and kept the hat in perfect condition, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The design looks even better in person. Highly recommend this seller!
