Beautiful Wilted Flowers

An arrangement of hydrangea was sent to my daughter for her birthday. They arrive after 7pm on the day to be delivered, and quite wilted after being on a fed ex truck all day. We had hoped they would bounce back but they did not. I contacted Urban Stems with photos 2 days later and was promptly refunded the amount of my purchase. Thanks UStems for being a company with great customer service. I will order from you again because I know this was an isolated incident and your flowers are always gorgeous.

I followed the directions and they were wilted and sad when they got here yesterday. Immediately opened when they came. Shipping was great, but I unfortunately dont think i’ll try this again. It coukd absolutely be me. I can kill a succulent.
