Just started and already sore.
I've just started this program and it's challenging, even with my lowest weight kettlebell at 35 lbs. Going to keep pushing. Looking forward to seeing the results.

Very good program.
Very good program well planned, I am starting week two right now. I enjoy the fast paced workouts with minimal equipment needed, however I do miss pull-ups and traditional back squats. I would like to see pull-ups and goblet squats added.

No guides on exercises?
Have purchased every plan HTK has released but plans never show guides for uncommon exercises. Should have definilty been in this plan.
And images throughout out plan sometimes show two kettlebells making it confusing when its supposed to be all single bell.
