I ordered 2 pair of shoes and somehow was charged for a vip membership which I did not want to pay for. I went on vacation and before I knew it I got another 59.95 membership charge which is a monthly membership which I have canceled. So the 2 pair of shoes for 79.95 have now cost an additional 120 in membership charges. I think your marketing is not fair to average person, How you were able to add a membership without my knowing is beyond me. I will not buy from you again.

I like the shoes & thought I got a good deal on them! But I had apparently unknowingly signed up for some type of membership by buying the shoes so I ended up getting 2 additional $60 charges by the time I found out I was signed up for a membership so I basically ended up paying $161 for these shoes instead of just the $41 I thought I was paying for them.

The stitching tends to fall apart but the shoes do look nice for awhile. The delivery service for this company is horrible, I mean is there another word to describe it? In my account profile my shipping address shows apt 3 but the shipping label for some reason doesn't show apt 3? That makes no sense! Sometimes you get notifications, your package is on it's way and sometimes you don't. Inconsistent! The driver calls you and yes google shows the number as spam. Maybe, can we upgrade to text notifications that you're trying to drop off my package. Don't know if I can continue to support MLO, too many issues. Sorry not sorry!
