I was using Adapt Biome for about 7 months when I decided to cancel my subscription and look into less expensive pro/prebiotic options. I am well aware of the importance of gut health and Adapt is the best supplement that meet those needs.

I LOVE the positive difference I’ve seen in my digestion after just 2 months. My 3rd months order had a couple loose/cracked capsules which was disappointing considering the high price point, but I’m still really happy with the results of this product!!!
