I am unfortunately very disappointed by this e-book. I've purchased Sarah's previous e-books and loved them, but this one is so hard to follow. The pictures are small and the background blends in with the picture of the pose/workout, the workouts are boring and repetitive (feels like I'm doing the same thing over and over every week) and I'm just so unmotivated to follow it (I usually don't have a problem with consistency, obviously pregnancy plays a small role here as well but that's not the main issue).
The information part in the beginning is helpful and informative, so I appreciate that.
Overall unfortunately not worth the money and I cannot recommend it. :(

This ended up being a total waste for me. I am not educated on different types of exercises. I looked at the exercises and had no idea how to do them. I didn’t have time to look up each one so I did nothing. Only buy if you are well versed in different exercises

This workout program is very good, and I love Sarah as a boy-mom, multi-pregnancy model that a fit body during and after pregnancy is totally possible! I also like that Charlotte the pelvic floor physio has vetted & backed the workout which was a huge draw for me as a first-time mama at 40 with an inguinal hernia history. So far I'm staying pretty consistent with these workouts. I just wish the photos were bigger and there was one or two full workout follow-alongs. I would totally recommend this to other mamas though!
