wittPlate Trim Router Base

Great Product. Small suggestion : The wittworks logo carved into the base would look nicer from the top where the handle is, if carved in reverse text so that it appears as correct from the top. CNC should be able to do it once you work out the correct orientation of the text.

My shop is always a mess, I am an older woodworker and I am trying to change my ways. This router plate and dust collection port is amazing. Shop is a little cleaner and the base is very helpful in keeping the router stable. Nice product, a little pricey, but works great.

I like the plate overall, however I had an issue with the acrylic material being just a little too thick over the screw holes. This caused the screws to not be flush/recessed enough and they scratched a workpiece. I sanded the screws down so it’s no longer an issue. This was my second baseplate from wittworks, and I didn’t have this issue with my first one. Using both of these on the cordless dewalt trim router.
