Was all tangled up and seems very delicate
The necklace was pretty but when I opened the box, the chain seems somewhat flimsy for 14K gold and came all tangled and knotted--I have spent the last 30 min trying to untangle it and there are still about 3 or 4 knots left. Disappointing.
