While the Caffeinator Replacement Filters work great they are grossly overpriced when ordering them from the Chefman website. I received 12 filters for $30 which included shipping. The exact same filters thru Amazon were $19 with free shipping. I reached out to Chefman requesting a refund. Chefman customer service chose not to respond to my email. Poor customer service!!!!
