Arrived in a damaged order, broken, no customer service. No refunds or replacements.
Most of my order arrived broken. The reest was bent or damaged, and broke within the next day or so. The lock docta arrived damaged, but worked great for the few minutes it did. There were replacement parts bent to the touch and all snapped.
Customer service has only been auto-replies and I've been contacting them for a month now. I am disputing this with my credit card.
This company was awesome years ago. DreadheadHQ is a joke now and I've been using them for twenty years 🤷♀️

This tool is mighty!!! I was totally blown away by how easily it can get the job done. You need this tool if you want well manicured locs.
