Pilates App Subscription

I have only had this for a week but I started a program this week and after just 2 sessions with the app, my butt is sore today. So, the movements they have us do in the app are good. She does a good job explaining what to do, when to breathe while exercising, what tools you need, etc. the Flo reformer itself is plastic and made me slightly nervous at first, but I have 0 issues with using the machine. I am a very satisfied customer.

I did not realize that the subscription I received with my original order of the equipment would expire after 1 month. I thought I'd get a free year, but I was wrong. I don't mind paying the $98.00 for a 1-year subscription. I just wish I'd noticed how soon the free trial would expire. Anyway, you've been warned.

After 5 weeks wirh no shipping notification I cancelled the order. Miraculously they shipped it right after I cancelled. They wanted to charge me a HUGE restocking fee (i never even opened the box) and charged me rhe recurring exercise plan. Then when I emailed to cancel that they said I needed my shipping recept to get paid back for the unit. They are scammers, yiu should not sell products from rip-off companies like this!!! I’m still fighting them for my $$.
