Offset Hanging Umbrella

This umbrella came in an unopened box with incorrect parts. We have tried to contact the store but have gotten nothing but the runaround. I just want the correct part so i can actually use what i paid for. The chairs are fabulous and am sure once the correct piece is received to put together this, it should be great too but customer service has been horroble to date
