Great Quality, Fit, and Customer Service

My first impressions of this jacket are that the quality of the materials is above any other coat I own. The thoughtful design choices like the storm latch (which can be snapped back below the collar when not in use) and the full range of motion the coat gives you just make it that much better. I struggled to determine my size due to being in between sizes on the sizing chart, but Quinn with customer support was quick to respond, and kindly able to provide me with in depth measurements of the different size options, as well as helping me sort out some other ordering issues. This coat fits true to size, but keep in mind its sized to leave room for layers. I wear a 17 34/35 dress shirt, and usually wear a large in coats. I ended up choosing the large tall size since I like slightly longer arms than whats shown in the model photos, and it worked out exactly how I wanted. Overall I'm very impressed with the quality, and customer service of my new coat and I'm very excited to wear it every Canadian spring and fall moving forward. Tom Beckbe has definitely earned a lifetime customer.
