Really helps with my knees on days when they don’t feel quite right. I squat 500lbs these make a big difference when I use them. I don’t like to use them every session as it’s to much assist on the way up. Be careful, if you aren’t used to them and doing heavy weight you could move upwards faster than normal and tweak something
