I was a little concerned because I didn’t get many updates on the product It did come in a fairly reasonable time and when it got here, it was all that I had expected and hoped for Great fit great look NOT my last purchase. That’s for sure.

To be completely honest, my experience didn't start off great. I noticed a subscription charge that I had forgotten I opted into during checkout, and I'll admit I was pretty salty when I saw it hit my account. I reached out to customer service expecting a headache, but they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the process easy. That alone went a long way toward improving my impression of the company. Then there's the shoes. The first thing that caught me off guard was the smell when I opened the bag. You know how new shoes usually have that fresh-out-of-the-box smell? These definitely did not. It was rough enough that I had a brief moment where I wondered what I had gotten myself into. Thankfully, that faded pretty quickly and ended up being a nonissue. As for the shoes themselves, I wouldn't necessarily describe them as premium quality, but that's not really why I've become a fan. The comfort and fit are what sold me. From the first time I put them on, they just felt right. They're easily some of the most comfortable shoes I've owned, and the fit is spot on. On top of that, I genuinely love the style. They have a look that stands out without being over the top, and I've already gotten a few compliments on them. What really changed my opinion was that the product ended up speaking for itself. I went from being annoyed about the subscription charge I had forgotten I signed up for and questioning my purchase to being genuinely happy I kept them. The customer service team was great to work with, and the shoes have quickly become one of my favorite pairs to wear. If you're on the fence, I'd say give them a shot. It'll take awhile to recieve them lol, but i think they were worth the wait and I don't normally write reviews, but these earned one.

Because of some post op surgery my left foot gizmo has little to no feeling, now has several deformed little piggy’s and arthritis setting.. Good news is. I STILL HAVE A FOOT. Unstable yes, but I still have it.. OK, back to your shoes.. LOVE’em. They look great, they are easy on and easy off and perfect for summer shorts wear.. I am 74 but dont look or God forbid, act like 74. I do like the Pastel Green shoes that I just reviewed via an email.. I think I can pull that off.. Thinking about that.. gotta check with momma..
