These were weird-but in a good way. Plenty of clove glavor mixed wth the apples. If i could do anything different, I would add a cinnamon stick. Then they would taste like cinnamon apple rings.

I was very nervous about trying these cause i did not know if i would like the taste of pickled apples. These are better than expected! They sweet an tangy an i can not wait to make a grilled cheese on sourdough bread with swiss cheese & these apples
