Can you please let the guy know who delivered my stuff next time to ring my bell poor delivery options

My order came exactly as advertised. I have used the exfoliating towel, which was heaven on my skin. I can reach every part of my body with it, and it feels like a very gentle scrub, removing the dead skin and making my skin feel baby soft. I have also used the scalp massager/shampoo dispenser. My scalp felt like it was being treated at a spa, with the dispenser making it possible to place the shampoo where it was actually needed, keeping my mids and ends tangle free, but yet as clean as the rest of my hair. I will be ordering again for gifts and also for myself. A definite 5/5 stars!

I couldn’t wait to get the Blissal towel, however, it has pilled like an old sweater. I had ordered the balck one for my husband for Christmas and his is still in perfect shape. Mine, the pink one started pilling within the first couple of weeks of using it. Very disappointing.
