I love the thickness of the leatherette, it is stands out better than similar products I was getting from different sources. I also have to commend the customer service from patch crafters. My community was recently ravaged by a large wildfire. I did a hat fundraiser to help victims who lost their homes. A lot of the hats being bought were being gifted to the first responders battling the fire. I needed a lot of material fast and Patch Crafters didn't hesitate when I asked for assistance in getting it. I will be a loyal customer not only for quality and durability, but also because of the customer service.
