Perfect for homemade sports shots
These fit in my cycling jersey perfectly, I'm not dealing with messy gel shots that don't easily open or leak all over my clothes when I put the empty back in the pocket (don't litter). They arrived quickly, match the description and work really well.

Great Value
I decided to try making my own gels and needed a spot to put them for some long runs. It is easy to hold, the sports top makes it quick and easy to get the gel into my mouth (I added some water to make the consistency closer to a liquid). I like that there are measurements on the side, so when I need two gels worth of fuel, I can easily see when I get to the halfway point. It would have been five stars, except that its a bit bulky and the jagged edges to make the grip are not so comfortable if they are facing my body in my running belt.
