I wont know if this helps until next year when i get my bone density scan. But i like the taste, no problems or side effects and i prefer to drink this flavored one than adding an odd texture to my coffee.

No Changes Yet and Doesn’t Dissolve That Well

It’s been 2 weeks since I started using the product and I don’t expect to see changes yet. I really don’t like that it’s difficult to get it dissolved - I usually end up with clumps. Going to give it a month for a final decision to continue or test another collagen.

Taste good. Not over powering. Easy to drink. Im excited about the benefits! Already shared it with my sister.
