Great Pack, Better Customer Service

I have been using this pack for several months, upgrading from an Osprey hip pack I loved and used for years. The pack is great, plenty of storage, huge hydration reservoir, and super comfortable. I always had to crank down a hip pack prior to descending, and the pack rubbing the rear wheel was a common occurrence. That is a thing of the past. It stays in place without being too tight, carries plenty of water and snacks, and I can easily reach the hip pockets without removing the pack. As for customer service, they are A+. I was having trouble with the old style hydration pack (screw on lid) leaking prior to departing on a bike trip. Used the Contact Us, and didn’t expect a response so placed an order for a new reservoir. Ken from Arctos called shortly after, said he cancelled my order since there is a lifetime warranty, and would be shipping a replacement same day. Even better, they sent it 2-day shipping to the hotel so I had it for the trip! 100% would recommend.

Love the 10.3. Perfect for longish rides when you need to stash an extra clothing and carry more water. The 6.2 is my "go to" for short rides, but it is too small for longer outings.

Even though I'd like to size down as I don't need this much pack. I still love the comfort and the way it fits on the rides. I had a hip pack before and this is wayyyyyyyy better. I really like the customer interaction and service during the purchase process as well. Good company, good folks Exactly what you expect from a great product.
