Convenient back up
I like to have some of these on hand. It's easy to keep in my coat pocket or purse in case I forgot to take my vitamins before I left the house for the day. Also super helpful when I go to travel and I don't have to worry about bringing the whole bottle.

Great for trial sizes or to keep in my desk at work
Sometimes you forget to take your vitamins in the AM so I like to stash these in my desk at work or my backpack so that I have them in case I forget. They are perfect for travel as well
