Honestly it's 4.5 out of 5, but that wasn't an option. This is the 5th pickleball bag I've purchased in 5 years. I've eyed this bag for a long time and finally made the commitment since it's not cheap. If you want a premium bag that isn't the size of a house - THIS is the bag. Premium materials, thoughtful design, just-the-right sizing, it's almost the perfect bag. The only changes I would recommend: - make the sure compartment a dedicated space in the bottom of the bag. It gets bunched up, things fall around the bag and getting shoes in and out can be a small hassle. - I love the size of the external water bottle pocket, but I wish it was a little tighter. My bottle falls out too much. - Figure out a space near the top of the bag to hold 3 balls that doesn't require me to sacrifice my insulated pocket. Awesome bag! Would buy again and wish I did it sooner.

This backpack is awesome....

This backpack is awesome. I was not sure about the color since it could get dirty quickly. The fabric is such high quality that when it does get dirty the cleanup is easy. All the pockets have tons of room. I use it for a paddle pack and travel pack as well. All my travel clothes fit well. Highly recommend!!!

Premium materials that will take you the distance.

Solid and well designed bag that stands up on its own. I purchased the dune color to try to help with keeping contents inside cool from the beating sun and dark smudges wipe off with a wet cloth. I love all of the well thought out placement of pockets. Would love to have additional reinforced loops on the top left and right of the bag to attach carabiner, towel, or a pickleball string holder. This is my go to pickleball bag for the foreseeable future.
