The Magic Baseball

I want to start by saying I love the books and the pictures are beautiful. The problem is that I had taken out subscriptions for both of my grandsons. The one II had problem with was partially my fault for not noticing that the avatar that was created appeared to have a cowlick, which I didn't notice. The book about the baseball made the avatar into a girl with a ponytail. I reached out for help from Magic Story and was basically told there was nothing that could be done. This was not what I would have expected, especially since I had subscribed for 2 grandsons. I would have thought that some credit towards re-doing the book would have been offered. I am extremely disappointed, because I do love your books. I have cancelled both subscriptions due to poor customer service. In my defense, this was my 1st attempt creating an avatar and didn't see the flaw.

I absolutely love both books that I got for both of my grandsons and they were so excited when I read them to them and they were just so excited to see their name and their picture on it that looked exactly like them. It’s one of the best things I’ve ever bought for them and when their dad saw it, he started crying. He was so impressed with it.

Love .. love… love!! Such a great story… can’t wait to see my Grandsons face when he receives it for his birthday in August.
