Strawberry Lemonade
I am very pleased with the Sleep Fiber Strawberry Lemonade. I was ready for a change from the Mint Hot Chocolate and this cold drink is refreshing for summertime. I also think it makes me sleep a little better than the hot chocolate.

It has a good amount of tartness.
This is a very yummy tasting drink. I actually have been mixing mine with pink lemonade which may add to the extra tartness but isn’t that why we like lemonade flavors. As a bonus there is fiber added to this mixture.
Very yummy and refreshing, would definitely buy again.

Good
I was super happy to see a sleep + fiber blend, this meant I no longer have to buy metamucil too. It works pretty well, I'm happy with it.
