Improved Version

I’m still using the 1st generation for travel. The 2.0 version is an improved and roomier version for other travel purposes. Just an additional thought, a RFID inside pocket will be perfect for international travel.

Disappointing Delivery Experience and Unannounced Product Changes

I purchased this bag during the Black Friday sale in 2025. Although the estimated delivery was stated as February from the beginning, it didn’t actually arrive until late May. During those months, I reached out multiple times to prompt them. Each time, I was assured that "this would be the final delay," only for the delivery to be repeatedly pushed back for months, which was highly frustrating. When the product finally arrived, I noticed several unannounced specification changes (silent changes) compared to the model shown at the time of purchase. While reinforcing webbing had been added to the bag's opening, the lining had been downgraded from 10XD to 3XD. This significantly ruined the excitement of finally receiving the product. Even if the reinforcement was necessary or the lining downgrade was due to rising material costs, changing the specifications without any prior notification felt like a betrayal and a lack of respect for consumers. As for the functionality, the bag itself is not terrible. However, compared to the brand's core products like their wallets and pouches—which I have owned and loved for years—the overall craftsmanship falls short. In particular, the zipper on the main compartment catches noticeably when opening and closing, making it frustrating to use. Overall, it is difficult to give this a positive review. Because I know how high-quality their wallets and pouches are, it is incredibly disappointing to see such poor execution regarding both the bag's build quality and the delivery service.
