The Tangle was too big

I had high hopes this this. I adore the Therapy Relax, it’s held up since Christmas! This one fell apart after about 2 weeks of use. Little by little, each peg got weaker. I hope I just got a bad batch, but unfortunately I can’t afford to keep repurchasing to find out. Please consider looking into it, Tangle. I’ve had friends say the same.
