Warhorn Mid-Range Overdrive

Genuinely incredible tones!

My current amp doesn't have a gain stage, so I bought this pedal to put at the end of my signal chain to simulate a gain knob on my amp. It is incredible! The toggle switch is really where the magic is. Without the compression switched on, I get such a beautiful break up of my signal that sounds really really good and like a natural tube kind of break up. When I flip the compression switch, my signal becomes this awesome, punchy, weighty, barky kinda of sound with a really tight/round low-end and will still respond to my pick attack really well! Could not be happier with this! You can get some really gnarly tones out of this thing.

What i was looking for

I added the Warhorn to my board about a month ago. I gives me the dirt with out sounding overly distorted, giving a great classic rock sound. I mixed it with the Eras and it gets a great hard rock metal sound. With the deep six ARP-87 and the Fathom I get all the tones a rhythm guitar needs.
