Diffuser Mini 2 LE Discovery Kit

The minute I plugged it in, the smell took over the whole room! I left the house and when I came back in, the house smelled wonderful! I love this!!

I’m unable to give a full review of the product because my order arrived incomplete. Customer service started off strong, but communication has since dropped off, which has made the experience frustrating. I’m still waiting for a resolution. Update as of June 7th 2026: I finally received the diffuser, and after using it, I can confidently say it isn’t worth the time or energy. The battery dies extremely fast, to the point where the only way to keep it running is to leave it plugged in at all times. That completely defeats the purpose of a portable diffuser. The app control is also frustrating — inconsistent, slow, and more annoying than useful. Between the weak battery and the unreliable app, the device never performs the way it’s advertised. Overall, the diffuser only works reliably when it’s plugged in, which makes it hard to recommend. So it will stay as a one star product and i never received the rose gold because "it was out of stock". So I ended up with the black one.

Horrible! Took three months for a human to get in contact with me in regards to my order placed my order in March 2 didn’t get my order until the end of May 2026 and then on top of that it wasn’t the one that I ordered because it was unlimited edition one so I had to get the silver one no compensation no discount for the inconvenience no nothing. This was the worst experience with scentiment and I will not be placing any more orders with them.
