Good eyeshadow options for work or for an evening event

Great sparkle effect that lasts for a very long time (way more than 12 hours). Metallic side is pretty as a base for the sparkle side, but depending on the brush I use, I have a harder time blending it out if I want to wear it on its own or as eyeliner- would recommend working in smaller sections.
