As you dive into this great chili oil, you can just tell the quality and the love that's put into it. More important than the looks is the taste. The balance between umami, sweet, salty, savory, with a bit of heat is just out of this world. It could go into almost anything and will bring whatever food you have into another level. Needless to say, I'm happy with this purchase and if you're thinking about it, just do it, you'll never regret it.

I think this might be the best thing I have ever eaten! It was hard not to just want to eat it straight from the jar. We used it on eggs, vegetables, noodles, chicken and salmon. I'd have taken some photos, but we finished the jar already!

By far the best I’ve had in over 25 years. Smooth flavor and not bitter. The small homemeade flavors are alwas the best. Please, never change the recipe.
