I’m giving this product one star because the battery life is extremely disappointing. For the amount of money this costs, I expected the battery to last much longer. The performance simply doesn’t match the premium price. If the company releases a new version with significantly improved battery life, I believe customers who purchased this version should be offered a replacement or upgrade. Considering how much we paid, that would be the fair thing to do and would show the company stands behind its products.
