This is a horrible company. The lack of communication and accountability was truly disgusting. I purchased an item, and they charged my card immediately while promising the item would ship shortly. After an entire month with no communication, I had to reach out myself just to get an update. Their response was essentially, “Sorry, your item will ship shortly. It’s in the final stage of production,” along with a 20% discount for a future purchase. Another month passed with no update, so I contacted them again and received the exact same response. I waited a little longer hoping to at least receive tracking information, which I eventually did — but the package stayed in the same status for another month with no movement. I reached out again explaining that this item was supposed to be a gift, was now extremely overdue, and that I wanted either a refund or a replacement. Their response? “Sorry, your item is on the way. We can offer a partial refund and 20% off your next purchase.” I explained that was completely unacceptable and requested a full refund. Once again, they ignored my request and repeated that the item was “on its way.” After over 4 months of delays, excuses, lack of communication, and multiple ignored refund requests, I finally had to dispute the charge with my bank. Only then did Timeloop finally issue my refund. This was truly one of the most unpleasant, unprofessional, and frustrating shopping experiences I have ever had. I would NEVER order from them again.

Very disappointed I order in end of April and just get delivered in July

Quality is GREAT. Thick and comfortable. Also i am 5’11 and have never found fitting sweatpants. These fit so perfectly i will be ordering more sets very soon.
