Unfortunately both of my Angel fish died and the contact between Kai and myself has been nothing but amazing. They understand my frustration because I am very particular about my fish tank so, they working with me to make things right. I would do business with them again.

Pretty sure you sent me a plain black Angel.. Was suppose to be a Leopard Angel.. He lost and eye for some reason and is now dead.. That was an expensive $8.00 dollar Angel that died in 5 days.. The rest of my Angel tank.. Alive and well.
You sent me the wrong fish and he was sick .. Lucky he didn’t contaminate my tank.

My first Leopard was DOA, but it was easy to file a claim and they sent me a replacement! The replacement arrived healthy, and gorgeous! Loved the size, will be ordering again soon!
