Pulsetto FIT

I am quite satisfied with my progress so far. I am still working on getting into a routine with it. It has taken me a long time getting to where I am at in life and the Pulsetto is helping me take small steps forward and that is surely welcome. Heading in the right direction.

I think the capabilities of the product are great and rather expansive and have lots of possibilities. The customer service end needs work, like a human being handling some of the issues. I ordered a premium package with addtl add ons, then got charged another fee which no one could explain. It appears they have an AI service attempt to handle it, which went around in a circle--not good.

It's hard to keep the electrodes in contact with my neck, even with it adjusted as small as it will go. Also, I was charged for the premium account even though I never set up my premium account. When you buy the Pulsetto a Pulsetto account gets created and you have to log in to that to cancel premium or you will get charged every month. Even if you never download the app. Customer Service is just an AI, not an actual person. It is very frustrating to try to deal with. So far I prefer Sensate.
