Has definitely helped me get off my phone. I find it particularly effective if you put your card in another room, or get a family member to hide it because then you won’t even know where to look.

A total game-changer! Incredible for sleep and focus.

This little card has seriously helped me out so much! I keep it out in my living room, and right before bed, I just tap it. It instantly locks all my entertainment apps, allowing me to go to my bedroom and actually sleep peacefully without any distractions. It’s also amazing for when I need to focus on work. Tapping it completely kills my urge to play on my phone, which has been a huge boost to my productivity. Because the card stays in a completely different room, that physical distance genuinely helps me control the impulse to mindlessly scroll. Honestly, it was an incredibly worthwhile purchase. I currently only use the card and the app and haven't tried the Loftie Clock yet, but I imagine pairing them together would make the experience even better!

Amazing!! It’s sad that u don’t have the willpower to stop myself from doom scrolling but I'm a happy to have the Lottie card that keeps me in check!
