It's a learning curve but a good quick one.
Just have to remember to lock your wrists.. This hits the forearms pretty good. Great pump in the biceps. They hang ok so storage isn't a problem. I use this at the end to finish my bicep workout. Then finish completely with the forearm finisher. It's like leg day for your arms!...

Rise Up!
This has been a terrific addition to training tools, curls and triceps overhead/ push downs especially great. I hook to bands and adds another level ! Great quality and ingenuity!

Crazy Forearm and Bicep Pumps
