Arguably, my menstrual life has been changed for the better! I never got on with cups but the disc is so incredibly comfortable, i never notice its there! It doesnt dislodge anytime i go to the loo meaning i can actually keep it in all day whilst im out and about, avoiding bloody awkward changes. It has excellent capacity to handle this, but equally, when i do need to change i find it so much easier to sort. The accessories give me the peace of mind i always lacked with my previous cup, as i can clean it on the go appropriately and sterilise it at the end of my period super easily and quickly so that im always set up ready for the next month.
