These are just ok, they're big for a female hand so it'll be interesting using them. I wish they offered different sizes. The photo didn't depict them so well. I have larger hands for a female and they're a bit bulky and not that comfortable.

These do help with grip but not as much as i had hoped. The rubber material itself is actually slippery which is unfortunate and defeats the purpose. It would be more helpful if the inner grip was more coarse amd created more friction.

I was looking for a replacement for my hooks. The grips took a very long time to get and do not work well when lifting very heavy weight. I will continue using my hooks for heavy work.
