Level 4 Green Apple (4-Pack)

The first time I tried these I fell in love with the Green Apple ones! Bought four more immediately for my nephews and I. On my next order though they tasted a bit different rhan the first order of them. Still good, but not amazing like the first time. These are real fruits though, so obviously there will be a little variety in quality. So I jusg wanted y’all to be aware of that! Almost all the other ones in a variety pack were great except the kiwi watermelon ones… those were flat out gross to me and my nephews!

Ive ordered this before and it was great. It was placed in a neighbors mailbox though so I thought the order never arrived or got stolen. I emailed them since there is an extra charge for “theft or damage protection”, thinking id get a fairly quick response. Nope. Zero communication or response at all. The only reason I actually got the almost 70$ order was because a neighbor was nice enough to bring it to me. This second order arrived at my door no problem, but the apples werent sour AT ALL. I was given plain dried apples. And again-same customer service experience. I emailed them and told the company that my last shipment had apples with zero sour flavoring on them and I’ve had zero response from them. Decent fruit candy but absolutely horrible and non-existent customer service. It makes it a pretty easy decision for me after literally only 2 orders. I’m permanently done with this brand. Does not deserve my business at all until they improve customer service.

Amazing product but inconsistent quality

I absolutely love the level 4 green apple. I have ordered so many bags and shared them with others too. My biggest problem is the lack of quality control. I would say about half of the bags I get aren't that sour. One shipment wasn't sour at all and tasted very sweet. It's disappointing but I'll keep ordering and hope they fix the quality issues eventually.
