My favorite cup is back

When I started working NYC, there was an Automat across from my building and i would pop in there every morning for my coffee. Unfortunately, that was towards the end of their run in NYC, and I have missed it ever since. So have it back and in my home, brings back memories. I am just sorry that my parents weren't here to experience this.

Perfect coffee

I bought this coffee for the memories of going to Horn & Hardhart as a kid. Not a coffee drinker then. Lol. This is the best coffee I have put thru my Keurig EVER. Great taste. Smooth and just the right strength. Not too strong. Not too mild. What a pleasant surprise.

The Best In A Long Time

My wife knows my history of going to the old Horn and Hardart automat in Kensington and Allegheny Aves. in Philadelphia as a boy. With my father, I would get certain things I liked and he would get his favorites. Never had the coffee, of course, but the baked beans? My favorite. I make them at home today, using the knock-off recipe by Molly O'Neill. So, my wife ordered the Horn and Hardart coffee through Amazon and we crossed our fingers. Tim Horton's has been the closest to our sense of what authentic coffee should taste like; but when she brewed a pod in our Keurig coffeemaker and placed it in front of me, I took my first sip. There it was - MY COFFEE - my go-to for the foreseeable. I love it and don't really think about who else likes it. Good luck with yours, but I have arrived in the "promised land" of coffee. Now, if only Bookbinders would resume selling their snapper soup!
